Kevin Viening - executive director
Kevin started in the ministry in 2008 working with Zero Gravity Ministries. He has an incredible way with the students.
He now has moved to the roll of executive director. Overseeing all aspects of the ministry. Kevin is a kind hearted leader, always looking to God for guidance as to how He is growing the ministry.
Kevin has been married to his sweet wife Jen since 1997. He is the proud father of 4 children and proud papa to two granddaughters.
Chad Kraker- Zero gravity ministries
Chad has been working at Upward Bound Ministries with Zero Gravity since 2008, in a full-time roll since 2018. Chad has a gift for sharing the gospel and connecting with the students.
Chad leads the Zero Gravity program, working with an average of 50 students a day.
Chad and his sweet wife Amber have six children who are blessed to have such adventurous and loving parents.
Eric lamer- One Way ministries
Working as an electrician Eric felt a call on his life to go into ministry. We are grateful that Eric followed the call and has been in full time ministry since 2021. He working with One Way Ministries and helping out with Zero Gravity Ministries.
Eric has a gift for sharing the gospel straight forward and direct. Building relationships with middle school students and getting them excited about a commitment and relationship with the Living God.
Eric and his wife Shelby are enjoying parenting sweet baby Jessie.
tom cramer- Zero gravity ministries
Tom had been volunteering at Upward Bound Ministries in Zero Gravity since 2013, and is now on staff full time. Tom has a gift for connecting with the students and a burden for sharing gospel.
Tom leads the Home School Rollers program and assists in the everyday responsibilities of Zero Gravity, working with an average of 150 students a every week.
Tom and his darling wife Kaela have a two beautiful daughters.
chuck vanderzwaag - retired
After over 32 years of working in youth ministry, Chuck retired from One Way in September, 2020. Chuck has impacted so many young lives for Christ. We cannot thank him enough for his guidance as a friend and mentor as the Upward Bound Ministry has grown. We wish Chuck and his beautiful wife Barb many happy years in retirement, spending time in the great outdoors and with family.
